The zinc is a testosterone booster and will make you feel better. Go to an oyster bar, order a dozen, lightly steamed if you like, and down them with Tobasco and horseradish

Do you exercise anon? I get lonely sometimes but I find exercising makes me much happier and I require less social attention to feel good.

I love cabbage and potatoes. I had it 3 times last week. It's my go to lazy meal and my go to hungover meal.

No, I'm quite overweight.
I live in a little room in a pensioner's house and have no space to call my own.
I lost my job and my gf just left me but even though I feel alone I have none of the benefits to go with it.
I kind of just don't feel like carrying on right now.

In serious about the oysters man, go out and have a nice lunch or dinner and a beer and just relax. Don’t worry about eating out alone, I travel for work and eat out alone all the time who gives a shit. You’re just a man who needs a good meal

Have you applied for welfare? I've been in similar states of mind after having some shit luck and making some bad decisions. My best advice is to get some exercise in, establish a caloric deficit (it's actually fucking easy, fasting is easiest mode but it's not for everyone) and to dedicate some time to thinking about wtf you want to do.

>> No.14832943

Working out really helps, it's that endorphin rush your body gives you for lifting heavy things.
If you just want food, addictive fast food helps me feel good at least for a bit. Home cooked stuff is pretty good too, but it's not a quick hit.

The Beautiful Meatball

Lazy af and will make you several servings.

1 Package frozen meatballs. Or whatever fits into a 10x10 square pan.

1 Jar pasta sauce. (Splurge for the good shit.

1 sliced onion

4 slices provolone cheese.

Grated 'cheese' to taste. Yeah, lolcelluose but I have a thing for it.

Almost self explanatory. Fill the pan with the meatballs and toss on the onions and sauce. Bake per meatball directions. When it's done take it out of the oven and sprinkle on the grated cheese. Then slap on four provolone slices. Take that bitch and put it back in the oven with the heat switched off. Residual heat will get the provolone nice and melty.

You can even lie to yourself by calling it low carb. Like the least amount of work in the kitchen imaginable which will grant you +1 meatball casserole.
