I used to haul tanker loads of this from Calgary to Owensboro Kentucky, where it gets bottled under various names. Some gets stored in the sheds, much of it just goes straight to the bottling line. They used to make Kentucky Tavern at the place I delivered to, but no longer. It's just a bottling line now, although I read they have begun making rum there now too. .

Evan Williams BiB is hands down one of the best tasting bourbons I’ve very had, and I’ve been fortunate enough to try hundreds of kinds since moving to southern Indiana two years ago. Snobs and fags who haven’t even tried it are missing out. Solid vanilla and oaky caramel with a smooth finish that is very enjoyable straight or mixed as a sour or with some Vanilla Coke. Quite honestly the only bourbon I prefer is Russel 10 year or maybe Basil Rye if I want a rye.

Well, I delivered to the Glenmore Distillery Company there. So, whatever they produce out of there would pretty much all be at least part Albertan whiskey. The place use to make "Kentucky Tavern", but like I said, they made rum there only, bottled other stuff last I'd read.
