if you don't have someone to teach, you have to do your own research, no other easy way around it.
i make the best indian food i've ever had. it took me over a year but as a white man in america who's never been to india, i fucking love the indian food i make. the first couple months were embarrassing, after about 8 months i started getting actually good and maybe in the last month or two i just can't even get anything wrong. i go out to indian places now and i can pick apart dishes and could do reddit tier shit but this isn't my fucking blog and im not a fag.
