Put it on a potato salad or green salad, or make an omelette with it, my dad loves that shit. You can make stuffed eggs as well.

Butter, lemon juice, garlic, can of tuna, salt/pepper. Serve with pasta. Add capers if you have them.

Make a gratin. Combine, cream, tuna, some onion, a egg yolk, seasoning, put buttered bread crumbs bake in a little ramekin. Frozen peas or canned artichokes would be good in this as well.

If you have a blender it takes 1 minute to make mayonaisse

I have no eggs so that's not gona work, but enlighten me.

>> No.14821589

>>14821576

1 large egg

1 cup vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, or vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, optional
In a blender or food processor, blend together the egg, lemon juice, mustard, fine sea salt, and freshly ground white or black pepper, blending until well combined. With the motor still running, add the oil in a very slow, thin, steady stream and blend until the dressing is thick and smooth. DO AHEAD: The mayonnaise can be prepared ahead and refrigerated, in an airtight container, up to 1 week.

You can flavor this however you want, adding chili oil is good.

Creme Fraiche
Red onions
Tomato paste

Put together in a pan and season with pepper/garlic to taste. Can be eaten with pasta or on a sandwich. I prefer this over anything with mayo, mayo + tuna makes me feel like a fat POS and tastes like fat sprinkled in fat.

I'm gona make this right now as a snack

Which one?

Another idea is fritters, tuna, onions, lemon juice, seasoning (Old Bay and hot sauce would be good), bread crumbs, egg yolk, make into patties or balls, pan fry. Serve with bitter green salad.

The butter/lemon one. Tastes OK but it's dry so I added a pickle :)

When I was doing keto I would just melt butter with crushed garlic in the microwave and add the tuna. It was a really easy, cheap, tasty protein snack. If it's too dry, you need more butter!

Why would mayonnaise be relevant in any way?
