I really like a euro style little spread like this when I'm hungover but can still stomach food. Its usually accompanied with another beer to be honest. This cheese was pretty stale but it was all we had that day

I made another breakfast thread without realizing there already was one!

This is what I had today! I love breakfast sausages > bacon. Delicious.

For me, it's country fried steak and gravy. Biscuits and gravy are a close second.

Obviously it's super indulgent, but damn it's good to have every now and then. Haven't had it in ages since my usual diner shut down entirely due to COVID.

So, what is it about making omelette style egg that expands the egg? I fry one egg in a pan, it's the perfect size for a sandwich, I scramble one egg in a pan, it's the perfect size for a sandwich. I pour a mixed up egg into a pan and fry it, and it becomes the volume of 2 eggs? I don't get it.
