Protein: chicken 2-3 nights a week, beef 1-2 nights, pork (usually ham or sausage) 1-2 nights, fish 1-2 nights (rarely I will do game meats or something like turkey)

Carbs: beans 1-3 nights, rice 1-2 nights, pasta maybe 1 night but not always, potatoes 1-2 nights, sweet potatoes 1 night, sometimes bread for sandwiches or french bread, sometimes tortillas

Veggies: almost everything, 5-6 servings per day

Fruit & berries: almost everything, 2-3 servings per day

Drinks: lots of water, a cup of green tea in the morning after breakfast, hibiscus tea during the afternoon, occasionally coffee, occasionally a zero or low-calorie energy drink or soda

Protein shake when I wake up and before I work out, breakfast after is a big veg and fruit smoothie, and then I cook dinner in the evening. Lunch is rare but can happen depending on hunger, a traditional breakfast is rare but happens a couple of times a month on the weekends.

The real issue is that she doesn't need any of the energy she consumes. If she went to the gym she would not be completely fat. Honestly the worst part is that her day starts at 12pm and doesn't allow enough space to digest.

I eat 1 meal a day of any thing. I try to keep soda to a minimum and I only ever drink a can, never more. Of course I keep calories in mind and my max calories are 1300 to maintain.

breakfast:
two slices of wholegrain toast with vegemite and margiarine (parents dont buy butter)
cup of coffee with milk, no sugar

dont have lunch or dinner, i just eat when i feel like it and thats usually:

protein shake: 1 1/2 scoops vanilla whey protein, 1 banana, ~20 almonds, 1 tbsp peanut butter, milk

chicken and rice: diced chicken breast, microwaved vegetables and rice

whatever my mother cooks for dinner: sometimes steak and chips, or beef stew, thats it really

other than that, ill eat a bunch of snacks like chocolates to satisfy my hunger

currently weigh 64kg, trying to lose weight, but the snacks are hard to resist. but ive come a long way, considering my diet used to be the same as the girl in OP. starting weight was around 75-80kg.

I usually eat processed stuff for breakfast and lunch, then cook supper. For example, today I had a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast, two frozen bean burritos for lunch, and I am going to have black beans and quinoa for dinner. Normally I don't eat breakfast though, just lunch and dinner. When I was less lazy I would cook enough food for dinner to eat the leftovers for lunch the next day! Maybe I ought to do that tonight! I also eat lots of dairy like greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I like eggs quite a bit but don't eat them often because they're expensive for me. I like all types of beans except kidney, and eat at least one serving of beans daily and I eat tons of salsa. I used to make one large seitan roast to eat throughout the week but I haven't been doing that lately. I enjoy the taste of almost all vegetables, but I am lazy so I do not eat enough of them. Right now I am trying to waste less money on eating out, I love Potbelly Sandwiches and Chipotle and they are both right outside my apartment and I waste tons of money.

Former chad here (did okay with women but my autism didn't do me any favours), anyways I got fat like 4 years ago and am about 50 lbs overweight. Luckily I'm tall so I just look slightly chubby, but unfortunately I lost my facial aesthetics due to the weight. I'm doing low carb now to try and make it once again, here is my dinner. Lunch: Dinners left overs or something quick (sandwich, frozen burrito, salad, etc)
Diner: Usually something like chicken breast with pan sauce, some veggies usually fried or steamed (onions, carrots, peppers typically), and rice. Make extra rice so i can make fried rice the next night.
