Made baby back ribs for the first time recently, pretty much freehanded a dry rub, had apple vinegar marinade and another bbq sauce for extra flavor to broil onto the membrane, pretty great. Post your most recent rack here

your ribs look like absolute shit! but that's ok! I'm about to change your life!

1.Get a weber kettle grill
2. Google snake method
3. Never ever use foil
4. Use wood chips
5. NEVER boil ribs
6. Remove membrane
7.Use a quality dry rub
8. Proceed to smoke for 7-9 hours
9. Enjoy your meat candy!

I did these for about 7 hours on a jumbo joe, it's hard to even buy ribs that damn good.

Best grill on the market, most consistent heat control of any charcoal burner. Don't hate cause you got suckered in to spending way too damn much money on an inferior product.

Sometimes I will dip my ribs in sauce, but you use a good dry rub and sauce doesn't do much. I really like this shit,
https://www.amazon.com/Killer-Bee-Honey-12oz-Shaker-Bottle/dp/B00XZ1NU44/

I bought one of their samplers,
https://www.amazon.com/Kosmos-Pit-Master-Basket-Backyard/dp/B010M9U38W/

Really good stuff, their honey jalapeno bbq sauce is 10/10

If I'm a good boy while my wifes boyfriend cooks then I get to keep a bone and he makes a dildo out of it and they both use it on me but thats the only way they let me participate otherwise I just sit on the corner and watch
