Rate. /ck/ said to keep it to one plate and to keep things simpler. I listened.
>Air fryer fried chicken (not pictured: hot sauce)
>Corn bread (not pictured: butter)
>fine ass italian wine
/ck/ was right, my apartment smelled like fried chicken when she arrived.

cornbread looks fucked and Im not sure if its the lighting but the chicken looks black as shit. I still dont understand how air fryer manufacturers did so well rebranding smal ovens with fans.

1 lb meat (I prefer 80/20 ground beef)
1 red onion
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
28oz stewed tomatoes
6oz tomato paste
1 can mushrooms
Garlic, basil, parsley, and black pepper to taste

Brown the meat over medium heat (80/20 won't require oil), dice the vegetables, remove the meat when it's brown and pour in the vegetables, open the cans and drain the excess water into the pasta pot, start the water while the vegetables cook, add pasta once it boils, pour in the tomatoes and start crushing, add the mushrooms and paste, add your spices, stir it up and adjust your spices, remove the pasta from the water when it's almost done and finish it in the sauce.

Attached is my favorite dry pasta, but use whatever you like.

Just noticed that I forgot to add an instruction for putting the meat back in the pan. Do it after cooking the vegetables.
