coincidentally, i used that exact same sauce today to make fried rice.
I fucked up though, the rice wasn't completely dry yet and thus it just stuck to the wok.
yeah, wok was piping hot, yes, i added in oil after the oil was hot, not the other way around, yes i stirred the rice frequently etc. etc.. it was just not dry enough
btw what type of rice do y'all use for fried rice?
basmati? something else?

Jasmine rice is good enough. I find the trick to not getting rice stuck is simply let the rice set in before you stir/flip. You know when you fry a sunny side up, the egg will stick if you try to remove it before it sets?

Also, another trick is to pour oil in first to season the wok and remove that hot oil. Only then you add in cold oil to fry.

what is that, oyster sauce? personally i think sesame seed oil is required for good fried rice
