Here in Indiana (and I imagine around Chicago) we have a bunch of places that essentially have the same menu (fish, chicken wings and tenders, gyros, and burgers) under names like Golden's, or Jordan's. They're all practically the same restaurant. Not the best, but they're good.

I didn't know this started. That's a cute baby, I like babies so I would definitely try their olive burgers.
Around here we had something called Mr. Fable's that used to do a great olive burg, cafeteria style.

Their onion rings were the best I've ever had. I've had gourmet and competition rings, nothing like Mr. Fable's

I took a job in Maine for the summer and aside from Pat's Pizza (which is breddy hokay) there doesn't seem to be many local chains. Everything is either a local one-off or a big chain, is there something I'm missing?
