it's fake, probably a porn setup or just a staged viral video. the articles for it say the customer complained it tastes funny, and then the manager, line cook, and dish washer all tasted it too. that never happens, they just throw the food away and give them something else. plus if it was real you'd probably be able to find a police report if there was proof of someone actually doing this. don't believe everything you see.
