I'm trying to gain weight here, got stupid low body fat around 6-8% and need some fat on me to get that extra strength. What do you guys do to get so goddamn fat? Do you just eat like shit or do you stuff yourself so much your body gets used to it? How bad do you use the bathroom?

There are loads of calorie-rich foods, just eat those while having a sedentary lifestyle. They don't even have to be pure "junk" foods, there are plenty of pasta dishes for example with rich sauces that have loads of macros, vitamins and minerals and are not just empty calories/sugar.

I recall seeing here someone posted a youtube video of a huge guy who participated in these strength competitions and to him eating was a chore. Ketofag here. It's not a question of quantity for all of us. I spent two years eating 1300 calories a day and went from 117kg to 109kg and then back up to 113kg.

Normal dietary requirements are 2000 calories per day. On 1300 I supposedly should have been losing 5kg a month easily. Never happened.

Plant foods are very fattening to humans because they are starvation foods. They signal to the body you are struggling to find food so your body downregulates metabolism and stores as much fat as possible.

If you want to be lean you have to eat mostly animal foods. Eggs, meat, and dairy are all great for burning fat and building muscle.

I've been trying to gain for a couple weeks because I'm a sub 5% bf, sub 16 BMI, skeleton and I dont know how people eat so much. I have to force myself to get more than 2.5k Calories a day, and thats intentionally eating high density foods, forcing myself to have snacks, eating when im not hungry, etc. Im sick of eating this much and its still less than most Americans.
The only way to do it is to chug soda and eat fried foods non stop and I feel sick to my stomach eating overly greasy/cheesey foods and they're filling as hell so I cant stomach anything else for hours afterwards.

My maintenance is about 2k Calories, which is more than most people who weigh 115lbs, but less than a 21 year old 5'11 man.
