Not OP but I eat expired food, slightly mouldy bread etc all the time. I also don't clean often so my house is a shit hole. And I never get ill, I'm 30 and have never been food poisoned, at most when I eat something I shouldn't it goes right through me and I shit it out within an hour or so, and whenever an illness spreads around my friends or workplace I never get it.
