Two eggs scrambled covered with cheese and folded as nearly as I can to fit the English muffin /bagel/biscuit I'm using. Bacon if I have it but I usually don't. Sometimes I'll add spinach too. I should get some tomato for next time.
If I've got normal bread, I'll just go surly egg king style. Dip the bread in the egg, flip, then I just throw some cheese in the middle before flipping it together.

I really hope if Harley gets another movie Ivy is there to fuck the shit outta her.

All those fancy as fuck bistro breakfast sandwiches and they pretty much were perfected in the egg mcmuffin and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit (not from McD's though because their biscuits, bacon, and scrambled "egg" all suck)

Lately been scrambling some eggs with edamer cheese. Just add some mortadella on top and wa la. Tartar sauce works nicely as a condiment.

>> No.14758007

I make a little omelet with jalapeños and cheese in it and use about a third of it in an English muffin sandwich. Then I top it with black pepper, Sriracha or salsa, and whatever Vermont Cabot cheese I bought that week (usually habanero cheddar). If I make bacon or sausage with it I'll throw that on too, but I don't have those often.

This morning I realized I had a baked potato in the fridge I had to use soon, so I sliced it and fried it up a bit before adding the eggs. Pretty good addition.

I bet Harley doesn't cook much for herself, her gf begrudgingly makes her sandwiches like that all the time.

Precisely what was in that scene. Doesn't get much simpler, to me, doesn't get much better.

>> No.14760609

Honestly....
cheapass hamburger bun, cream cheese, fried egg, fried "ham".

"ham" here is any mechanically separated, reconstituted, thin shaved lunchmeat grade ham in round circles. It is NOT the good stuff; it is the cheap stuff that is well suited to a breakfast sandwich.
Going fancier does not make a worthwhile improvement in enjoyment; simplicity is splendid.

Depends, one egg, one slice of bacon some salt and pepper, one slice of cheese and a few drops of hot sauce the exact one varies with comes to mind all on a toasted English muffin. It takes me about 5 minutes from start to finish. No prep.
That's faster than waiting in line for fast food and it's better.

For me at >>14760614 that icludes a quick cleanup as well so I don't leave dirty pans in my own place and I'll eat it over the sink and rinse it out afterwards.
This is good 'ol batchelor stuff.

R8 mine, mates.
Should have added hot sauce. I'm so used to using chorizo patties the "mild pork" sausage I got was almost flavorless.
Used only one egg instead of two which I don't regret, though.

Taylor ham, black forest ham, polish ham, honey ham, etc etc, all of these hams taste entirely different and even the brand matters a lot, some hams are basically "meat product" no different than bologna and others are just slices of pure ham, even just on brand it's all different
