what the fuck bros

Yeah that's generally how it works unfortunately. You have a few options. You can go full ketard and eat one (1) egg in a 14-hour period for a few days to see if that improves your cravings. Or lay off the sugar and carbs. Failing that, just become a non-functioning alcoholic, time will start to mean nothing and you won't want to eat anyway because you'll be getting enough calories to sustain a horse from all the booze.

I will often accidentally fast for nearly 24 hours just due to my work and sleep schedule.
>Eat dinner before work.
>Work 6PM-6AM
>Just bring a thermos of black coffee with me
>Go to bed around 7AM after feeding the cat and too tired to eat breakfast
>Wake up around 1-2PM
>Don't eat anything until ~3 PM.
>Leave for work a little after 5PM
I don't see how people are constantly starving.

Kitchens don't have one single 12 hours shift unless you work in some top of the line restaurant, which is pretty uncommon considering the cooklets in this board

load up on starchy foods. eat as little fat as possible. starch feeds you and keeps hunger away.
fat is simply stored as body fat quickly, and then you body soon begs for more glucose, which starch provides.

>> No.14753129

>>14752828
90% of your calories should come from starch.

I don't work in a kitchen. I work 2 days from 6 AM-2PM or until 6PM. Then I work a day from 2PM-10PM, then I work two days from 10PM-6AM and then I'm off for "two" days. If someone takes off I usually end up splitting with the other person from 6-6 either AM or PM. If I don't, I end up working for 16 hours.

It's far from ideal, but I make good money and I am as used to it as you ever can be.

>> No.14753151

You obviously haven't worked in food. A lot of kitchens will expect you to do 10 or 12 hour shifts, especially if you're head chef or something.

It's probably Am*z*n or factory work or similar. i.e. something that literally offers less dignity than sleeping rough and taking old man cock up the tailpipe for booze money.
I for one would rather rope than only have 3 hours a day to myself, however well compensated the job was.

Don't eat carbs or stuff w sugar bro, just proteins like fish or meat. If you eat more protein and less carbs and sugars you should be less hungry.

up the fats and protein of your meal, then increase vegetables

my breakfast is: 4 eggs, oatmeal and fruits, a whole bell pepper, either 2 pieces of bacon or a chicken sausage (not the shitty breakfast sausages) or steak. like 1000 calories and im comfortably full for like 4-6 hours. you can have a light snack, 300-500 calories after that or just have a good dinner. youd be roughly at the average 2k calories for the day on 2-3 meals. eating often is an outdated meme but if it works for you, do it
