It's unbelievably antisemitic.

Any kitchen gadget is based if you use it somewhat often. Paninis are great, especially grilled chicken with pesto and tomato

>> No.14750061

I dont have an electric one but I was giften a weighted top part that matches my LC and yeah, its pretty great for all sorts of sammiches.

I have one where the top is like 1/2 as hot as the bottom, so the bottom gets nice and toasty while the top is just pannini shaped bread. It is fucking bullshit.

Cringe, but actually based because I will use it if given the chance

>> No.14751230

I make dozens of Paninis at once and freeze them for weeknights I can't be bothered to cook. The one I bought can also be used as a grill and you can cook chicken, asparagus and shit on it. Overall a good investment especially compared to other meme gadgets I regret buying (looking your way slow cooker).

What do you guys put in your paninis? Isn't it just a normal sandwich just passed between hot plates?
How to up the game?

>> No.14752592

i find them too small
basically they only fit meat/cheese/sliced bread and maybe a few veggies

I wanna make a giant monster sandwich full of everything and then press it down to bite-able size. anyone know how i can do this?

two cast irons? does gas residue build up on the bottom of my cast iron pans? can i smash my bread in with the bottom of a hot cast iron?
should i grease the bottom of my cast iron?

>> No.14752668

flip it halfway through

>> No.14752719

>>14752592
Are you retarded? Gas residue?
Just flip your pan, oil it and make your sandwich. If there is not enough pressure from the weight of the pan you can also put a brick on top. No biggie.

Absolutely based. They're perfect for toasts, panini, anything bread based really. Great results every time, I love mine. They can even grill vegetables and meat if needed, although cleaning them afterwards is a real pain in the ass.
