I don’t know if you’re aware of this, but there’s a large and vocal contingent of people who believe that no chili should contain beans.

Then, that means it's a stew.

That's not how you make queso and you didn't get the spicy rotel mix

:(

Chili = beef and chilis in tomato sauce. Chili with beans = poor people's version who couldn't afford more meat and had to add filler.

if making a chili dog the chili cannot have beans. Otherwise beans are fine.

No, there is not. There are like two counties in Texas that think chili shouldn't have beans, then there's literally everyone else. Then there's people on the internet who saw those people in Texas and insist that "Authentic" chili does not contain beans - despite the fact that literally everyone they've ever met in real life adds beans to chili (see >>14737500). They're usually not even American.

I would say OP is just making that for himself, but it's more likely they had all that shit on a single shelf and he threw it in a cart just to take a picture because this is what brainlets consider quality content or "humor".

You should look into buying the generic Velveeta blocks. I don't shop at walmart so I'm not sure if there is a great value version or not. I've had the version that Aldi and Kroger sells. They are both perfectly fine as a substitute.

I know it's a burger meme but I really do like gameday queso with velveeta and rotel. Reminds me of chilly fall evening watching football with my family, grilling, and having a nice time. Can't wait to do it again soon when I have the chance to go visit.

i haven't eaten velveeta in like 10 years and got some this year for stockpiling
finally opened it up and put it in some leftover chili to make a cheese dip and it was pretty rank, ngl
reminds me of childhood
