I make burgers on my griddle. I fry up some bacon, crumble it on the bottom bun with some Kewpie mayo. I toast my bins on the bacon grease. I make quarter pound balls and smash them in the bacon grease covered griddle for the nice crisp crust. I let the heat of the party melt the kraft deli cheese I put on it when the party shifts to the bun, and I put a spiral of ketchup on the top bun. It is as good as any burger I've ever bought anywhere so I don't go anywhere for burgers anymore.
