Most frozen pizza directions tell you to bake directly on the rack. Just don't let the pizza thaw before putting in the oven and there won't be any issues.

Most frozen pizzas won't cook correctly if you use a tray like that. They're meant to be put directly on the oven rack. I have a pizza tray with holes in it just so I won't get bits of cheese and sausage burned on the bottom of my oven.

i'll try it tommorow, i'll be pissed if it melts through without me even thawing the pizza

>> No.14713796

>>14713695
I do it this way, it's pretty simple, when it's frozen break it up into slices or pieces, then put the frozen pieces onto a microwavable tray for like 30 seconds or so to bring it to room temperature then throw that onto a hot skillet. That way its the best of both worlds, a nice melty top and a nice crusty crunchy bottom. It works for left over pizza as well just adjust the timings. This isn't rocket science here boys.

Why would you buy anything for frozen pizzas? You place it directly on the rack. Maybe put some aluminum foil below the pizza rack so no cheese falls into the oven itself.
