I am not really a vegan anymore in that while I never purchase dairy, eggs, or meat if my order at a restaurant is messed up and like, adds mayo, or if I am not careful enough checking ingredients and it has small amounts of animal products I won't sweat it. I also buy honey from local beekeepers that harvest only excess honey. I consider my actions ethically sufficient. If I wasn't a coward I would not mind hypothetically dumpster diving for deenz.
