Peanut is OK, but is unsuited to western baking
Palm oil is nasty, I only put it on Indonesian food because I hate the jungle.
Coconut oil has a distinct cloying flavor and only uncivilized islanders cook meat with it
Sesame oil is great, but is again out of place in most cuisines.
Fats like pork or beef are good but technically quiet limiting- good in baked products
Duck fat is great, but again limiting.

Clarified dairy fats like ghee fare much better.
