Would eat, but the greens are tacky and I think it’s kind of gay when people try to dress up braised short ribs as gourmet. It’s comfort food, and I’d swap out the (probably cauliflower) puree with roasted herbed potatoes or maybe just even roasted cauliflower. Maybe a nice apple citrus arugula salad for a real fresh note rather than just jizzing greens on it. Also no herbed oil.

This is america, we speak american pedro. I don't know what that crap is but it looks like something you'd feed a cow. I'm not a vegan so I eat steak. Whisky. Done. Give it to me still mooing.
