If you have a Filipino co-worker and you ever have an office party chances are they'll bring one of those three foods AND ONLY one of those three foods. They're both noodle dishes. Palabok sauce is sweet and savory so kids love that shit. Pancit has a more neutral stir fried noodles flavor, I guess it's probably the most respectable of the three for an adult to eat. Lumpia and palabok are pretty much the definition of tendies tier, specially if you eat them outside of a party setting.
