The frozen patties are raw.After the flame broiling, the cooked medium-done patties are placed in a steamer to keep them hot and moist. The only reheating done is in the microwave, but they only do that to melt the cheese.

Are they actually pre cooked? A patty that thin could cook in a pan in like 5 minutes, I'd imagine a double sided broiler doing patties made to order in like 2-3. It seems like it would take as long, if not longer to heat up pre-cooked frozen patties as it would be to do fresh in their broilers.
