you can stuff it and braise it. You can grind it and add it to other ground meat. You can stew it!

Boil it, mash it, stick it in a stew.

Stuff with a mix of barley (pre-boiled), breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, salt. Baste lightly with oil and balsamic vinegar. Roast until the external fat renders.

First. Flour cubes of it about 1 inch and then put a lot of butter in a pan. Then brown the cubes lightly, then remove and add cut onions and cabbage. Then cook those in the butter. Then add the heart back and add beer until it becomes a sauce. Season how you see fit.

Get it a copy of a face covering, preferable made out of fish. A trout mask replica, one could say.

Have you're reply.

I'm curious as to how to cook these bad boys, the local supermarket always seems to have them and they're super cheap compared to other cuts. I'm assuming its probably ideal for roasts, stews and pic related.

OP here.

I was reading about it, and I decided to thaw it out and then cook it ob the pressure cooker. Or maybe half... use that for picadillo-type things and the other half I'm gonna grind, as Anons suggested.
