Looks good anon, sesame chicken? I like to quarter and read chicken thighs, fry and toss in the sesame sauce. It’s been a while but I think the sauce had sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, and garlic? What’s your recipe?

Nope, General Tso's!
Recipe:
1 pound chibben breast, salted + peppered and tossed with ~1/4 cup cornstarch, fried in corn oil
Fried 3 cloves garlic + ~1 inch ginger and red chili flakes in pan, then add (mixed beforehand):
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce (I use low sodium)
2 tsp hoisin sauce
~1/4 cup water with 1 tsp cornstarch mixed in
3 tbsp brown sugar
A couple spoonfuls of chili garlic sauce (probably like 1.5 tbsp)
Then mix the fried chibben pieces into the sauce. Sometimes I add broccoli too. Top with green onions + sesame as in OP pic.

My mungo beef recipe is similar, but with less sugar and no rice vinegar/hoisin, I sometimes use oyster sauce though.

It's corn harvest time here. My sister-in-law gave us 16 quarts of kernels and another two dozen ears on the cob. I boiled them and cut off the kernels. Then I scraped the cob with the back of a knife to gather all the corn milk and the remaining pieces of the kernals. Finally, I boiled the empty cobs to make corn stock. Pic related.

Mostly cornbread. I've got corn coming out of my ears anymore. We don't grow it but half her family does. Most of my garage freezer is corn. If you want to make the corn casserole you can just mix your usual cornbread batter, then add however much corn you like and some sour cream to make it wetter. Can do cheese, bacon, sautéed onions, whatever sounds good.
