Unsalted turmeric roasted chickpeas (no oil afaik)

Greek yogurt, tangerine, a few grapes, anise seeds and cinnamon. Sometimes i crumble in a sourdough rye cracker and wait about half an hour until the yogurt makes it softer bircher style.

Frozen banana left to defrost just enough so it has an almost ice cream texture.

Cut up a ripe melon into small pieces and mush it so some of the liquid starts to come out. Cut up a few basil leaves and mix. Freezer and then fluff up with a fork when almost frozen. You get something like a granita without added sugar. I sometimes add greek yogurt to this. When it melts in the mouth it tricks the brain into thinking you are eating icecream..well almost.

That's just some of my latest healthy snacks.

Fried tortilla cut into triangle and salted. Bonus: make quesa dip for them. Delicious.

Banana bread, easy just takes time to bake.

Apple/pear tart: just flour+butter mixed and pressed into baking form. Fruit of choice goes on top sliced and covered in cinnamon and starch.

Kepta Duona: Lithuanian roasted rye bread sticks, salted and garlic'ed. Served with melted cheese and mayonnaise mix on top and a beer on the side.

Apple/peanut butter, pistachios (salted), popcorn I like it with butter, but plain and salted works fine and peanuts with cranberries and peanut M&Ms if you're not trying to be that healthy.
