How to make instant noodle healthier? What ingredient should I add? Egg? Shrimp? How should I cook them?

Also I just went back from Malaysia and bought some of their Mamee Chef (Tomyum/Curry), super good! I bought 2 boxes full of them. That is why I want to know how to make it healthier because I want to eat this everyday.

you can add additional nutrients, but the real bad part about instant noodles is the TBHQ thats in all the oil that the noodles are deep fried in. studies show it causes metabolic syndrome.

if you insist on eating it often, try to add a source of fiber to help push that shit through your digestive sytem, bok choy is a great addition.

get rid of the msg packets. Make your own broth. It will carry the nutrients of the marrows and meats that you put in there. A week's worth of broth in one sitting and then just use it as it goes. That is key. Add in moar vegetables and a small amount of seafood you're looking at a solid diet anon. Eggs are always good.

i occasionally buy other brands, but pace picante just really hits the spot for me for some reason (probably nostalgia)

my goal when planning dinner is "what can i eat that goes with salsa?"

i eat a disgusting amount of eggs, burritos, quesadillas, and tortilla chips

anybody else browsing who likes the jalapeno salsa you get with the breakfast burrito at chick-fil-a? i wish i could get that in bulk. it's awesome. i drive thru cfa at least once a week to get one of those. i don't care much about the other food, but the spicy nugget burrito with no hashbrowns is my jam.
