I'm not driving over the road right now but I was the last five years and I love the barbecue down in Texas. Sometimes just a little roadside places will really surprise you there's one about 50 miles south of Texarkana on Highway 59 going towards Houston that had fall-off-the-bone ribs just awesome. I heard the guy say that he gets up at 3 in the morning and starts them so that by 11 a.m. they're ready to sell. I'm not from Texas but I have to admit they have the best barbecue I have ever eaten down there.
