Actually my country ranks above the USA is basically everything except military spending. Healthcare, quality of life, happiness is quite high, obesity rates are much lower, average income per capita is also higher than the US. The fact of the matter is that a lot of you refuse to abide by public health guidelines, deny the existence of the virus in the first place, and listen to politicians over doctors when it comes to scientific topics. Not only politicians but regular people. For example, the refusal to wear a face mask inside supermarkets and beating up/assaulting staff who politely ask you to wear one for the safety of others (especially the elderly)

Those are riots, what you see in the US is actually more like insurrection. That's why you have Federal officers dragging rioters into vans.
