Supermarket fat percentage generally hovers around 80% for ordinary supermarket ground beef in the Netherlands. It's the butchers which have lower fat percentages for their standard ground beef.

It's hard to get much fat into ground beef from grass fed cows without just grinding in tallow (which the supermarkets probably do).
