This is my absolute favourite gin. It's got a lovely spice to it.

Great neat but my favourite is with some lime juice and a splash of ginger beer (lots of ice too).

My go to right now is Uncle Val's, the Botanical and Restorative both make a damn refreshing G&T. The restorative is a neater more citrus forward if you prefer that to vegetal botanicals.

I've also had a Japanese gin recently that was similarly light.

Hendricks with tonic and cumber slices is also always a good choice.

Boodles is a great relatively-neutral gin. Better than stuff like beefeater maybe. Hendricks is just great. Had some jap gin from some big company, had a white label, that was nice and floral.
Love Plymouth also, great london dry.

Just got into gin in the last year. I think I'm enjoying it and learning fast.
