Did you know you can eat cactus? In Mexico the young paddles are called nopales and have a flavor like lemony green beans and are a bit slimy like okra. I like them best pan fried with eggs

I have some ahi Amarillo chilis from a plant I'm fostering. it's a very happy plant, but I can't stand spicy food. I'd make Papas Huancainas, but I don't have a processor or blender, so I'm probably going to take some out to my aunt, although I'm half Peruvian, I never could handle very much spice

People walk right past the best things nature has to offer. I prefer that normies are afraid of mushrooms, otherwise I wouldn't find them.

scotch bonnets, hot hungarian wax, jalapenos and habaneros through the roof. zucchini, corn and potatoes all going pretty good. Beets humming along well, had a few decent pea harvests. Mostly it's cherry tomatoes, bags and bags of them (sungold, sunsugar, rapunzel, black cherry, sweet million, tiny tim for tomato fags). Powdery mildew is taking a major toll on everything susceptible, I should probably remove some plants.

Also got a couple of watermelon and a couple of muskmelon growing nicely.
