First off, Red Baron is much better than Freschetta. Secondly, your dad wasn't fucked. His job was to come up with a pizza recipe for someone else and royalties/severance were never in his future no matter what. He signed up for that, if he didn't understand that maybe he was fired for being a retard.
Your dad could sell the exact same recipe in a restaurant, shop, or frozen and maybe make decent money except its not that good. Plus he doesn't have the resources to do it, those resources of course belonged to Kraft.
