Last night I was really drunk and I hadn't eaten all day. I cooked a pound of ground beef and spiced it as if it was going in a taco, and then I scrambled some eggs with like a quarter pound of cheddar cheese. Threw some salsa on top and went to town. Didn't finish it all and this has been out all night so it looks extra bad. 6/10 I'd do it again.

>Ended up jury rigging some kind of rub from what I had that ended up being mostly salt and pepper.

Never apologize.

If the meat isnt cooked completely perfectly, it'll be a dry mess. Sauces make it always moist and bursting with flavor.

A prime cut of Newfoundland steak, cooked Bleu, on a bed of Asian style risotto and topped with a thin slice of sharp cheddar. On the side we have stone ground mustard, which nicely compliments the cheddar, and a shaken gin martini served with ice chips and two olives.

The bread is thick and the heat was too high, if left on any longer the bread would burn. Lower heat would allow for more time to melt the cheese while toasting the bread. Too high of a heat would quickly toast the bread, leaving the cheese mostly solid.
