When I make instant ramen, I always destroy the noodles in the bowl before I water them. I then proceed to not follow directions and pour less than a third of what they say you should add. I then continue to not follow directions, and wait much longer than 3 minutes so the noodles absorb all the water. There is almost no water in them by then, but that's ok. I then add a ton of olive oil, marjoram, whatever the fuck else I want. They come out delicious every time. It's not exactly soup anymore, more like asian spaghetti, but that's ok.

I know there are cultures where it's considered good manners to burp while eating. I would honestly prefer that. I can't stand people slurping though.
