Angel hair is great if you wrap it around your fork into a tighter ball for each bite first, has a nice texture that way. If you just stick your fork into it and pull it up to bite off a chunk then it's not very good.

Farfalle is the worst shape though. It literally cannot be evenly cooked because either the center is undercooked or the edges are overcooked. Maybe it works okay if it's made fresh instead of dried but I don't know why anyone likes it.

I normally eat whole wheat pasta which takes more work anyway. Have to boil it and then turn off the heat and let it sit until it's no longer gritty which is up to 45 minutes total for some shapes. But it doesn't seem like farfalle offers anything that makes it worth any extra trouble.

Short pasta is good if you're eating it with something that's a similar shape. Like ditalini with chickpeas is pretty great, but if you use chickpeas with long pasta they just fall off if you try to eat it together. And I like penne if I'm making alfredo with chunks of chicken.

You fucking, uncultered Sow fucker. You dont throw Red Gravy or Budder Milk sauce on every fooking noodle, you decide to boil in your salty tears, you fuck. Extra Virgin Olive oil, pour half a cup in a pan. Heat it up on med. Get five Big, garlic cloves and take a cleaver. *BOp* them cunts open , then chop up abit. Boil the AH on High for Two minutes, TOPs. Don't fuck it up. Now, while youre boiling your AH. You take that garlic, some Anchovies and throw it in the pan with oil. Keep that shit from burning. You want them golden brown, its good shit. Two minutes, rolling boil for the AH. Once that done, get a cup and collet some pasta water. Youll need it. Strain the pasta. Throw it into the pan to finsh cooking. Best part, you get Old Bay, Black pepper, and Red pepper flakes. You choose how much you want to throw in. Mix that shit in. When the pasta starts sticking to the pan, then you add the water. Ya done. Its good shit.
