There's five different types of cholesterol dumbo. LDL/HDL most important to monitor for (potential) heart and endocrine problems but docs are starting to move away from that since journals are showing little variance in terms of outcomes for patients in these areas regardless of their levels

By eating all natural foods that are predominately cooked in natural animal fats, coconut oil or pressed from seeds or fruits(olive) that don't have to be chemically or genetically modified.
That's it.
Eating cholesterol doesn't effect your serum cholesterol at all, eating heavily processed, shelf stable or chemically altered foods and artificial sweeteners damages your arteries and veins, and THAT is when cholesterol is produced to repair it.
If you go back and look at pictures from the 70s and before, fat people were RARE. When diet drinks and diet foods hit the market heavily in the early 80s, you began to see a concurrent rise in obesity. Weird huh? THANKS DONALD RUMSFELD!

You need to be more focused on the bad cholesterol and lower that. Focus more on whole foods and cooking yourself rather than eating out all of the time.
