Is it pre-grilled or do you unwrap and grill it yourself?

They look like the pre-made grilled cheese sandwiches we sometimes had at school, which were just heated in the bags. It's funny because they'd also make real grilled cheese sandwiches as well that were genuinely very good.

I hated how childish American food is, Americans are infamous for nitpicking people in drama but it's too hard for them to nitpick anything else other than each other I suppose. Because we were stuck with bad food

I'm not really sure why, maybe it's what happens with heat lamps? But my HS's grilled cheese's were always mostly...okay...but the thing that still blows my mind is that the cheese that leaked out the sides would be rock hard, and the crust might be too, but the middle would be fine. You'd think it was just a heat lamp, but then wouldn't the faces of the bread be fucked up too? Either way teen me would just rehydrate them with tomato soup so it was all good.

Yeah but I liked the crunchy parts. Did they do em with white bread on one side and wheat on the other and give you one and a half sandwiches cut triangular as well?

Nope, but a single uncut white bread grilled cheese that was usually greasy as all hell. I think they cooked them in oil instead of butter. Maybe butter flavored oil.

Kimchi in a grilled cheese sounds kinda good, though.
