Hello, /ck/. What are some good spicy foods that I should try? My only go-to spicy places are thai food and indian. I've tried dishes that are spicy at Chinese food places, but they're never hot enough.

Any ideas?

Chinanon here, try a "Ma La Gan Guo" (spicy numbing dry pot) place if you have one nearby. Basically a spicy and numbing Sichuan style stir fry. Its no ordinary stir fry cause the final product is dry and has very little juice unlike most stir frys.

Very customizable, you can choose a wide variety of veggies and meats to be stir fried, and the spiciness is also customizable. They can crank that shit up if you ask. Being chinese, I'm usually good with spicy stuff, but their spiciest option had my nose running quite a bit. overall, a great introduction to Sichuan cuisine in which you'll find lots of good spicy stuff.
