Neither one, but if I had to choose/no choice, then honestly, but the big mac sauce mixed with that bitter iceberg crispness edges out the consideration of the thicker patty. I like the onions more sauteed as well.
If I could choose, if i'm going to McDs I'm getting a sausage, egg, cheese McGriddle no matter the hour, or just a basic cheeseburger w/ mustard added, x2, fries, iced tea.

The quarter pounder is so simple that you might as well just be eating a beef patty with cheese on it.

The big mac is good but it has the exact opposite problem of the quarter pounder. Too much bread and lettuce, not enough beef.

A deluxe quarter pounder with big mac sauce is the way to go.
