Good tiramasu is probably my favourite. Not the kind where you stick some cookies in a jar with cream and expect that to be good.
No the kind that is fluffy and melts in your mouth that is made fresh.
I have only had this experience once at an Italian restaurant where the chef was Italian and knew what he was doing.
I always feel a pie is too heavy on the stomach after a good meal.
