couldn't agree more with OP, their burger is OKAY and the shakes are p good. lived on the east coast and just moved outwest 6 months ago and holy shit i think in-n-out is the most overhyped west coast shit there is. i think its just west coast cope and all bullshit lies to keep up the facade. the fries here are actually inexcusably terrible and everyone knows it but they dont do anything about it. i get it doulbe fried and the shits still come out cold and soggy. only good thing about this place is how cheap it is, but im not a poorfag so i'll just go get five guys if i want a fast food burger since its better and doesn't make me feel as shitty afterward

Well done fries is the only way to order them but it's terrible that you have to wait longer to get fries that are decent. The only way to salvage it is to get well done fries and put it into the burger like chips but even then you're waiting fucking forever for your meal
