No, just because it has tortilla it's not a taco. Is a hot dog a burger, or a sandwich, or a cake because it has bread? Of course not (even though I know there are some radicals that think so)
To make chorizo con tortilla you have to cut the tortillas in little squares (like with chilaquiles) and cook them in oil along with the chorizo, mixing the two of them. Then you put some melted cheese on, half avocado, some frijoles puercos with white cheese on the side and voala. She is gonna suck your dick dry if you pull this out Anon.

If you just put chorizo inside a tortilla is just a chorizo taco, very dull. It's not like chorizo con tortilla is gourmet or something, but at least is not something as easy or cliche like a taco or a hotdog.
