I watch David Burke casually make dishes, not cooking show shit just random local newpapers who wander into his kitchens. It's completely different to watching Ram-Ram or Jamie Oliver or the like, no flash and no wankery. It's more like watching Julia Child or Joyce Chen. Sloppy and noisy and "eh that's good enough", but you know it's the real shit.
