I had Baba Ghanoush for the first time recently, and was blown away by how good it was. It was basically the best dip I've ever had. I'm honestly shocked americans haven't bastardized it yet and turned it into a common potato chip dip.

I’m allergic to eggplant, like “tongue swells up” kinda allergic, but I still make it and eat it on the reg, just have to take benadryl so I don’t die; sorta like building a tolerance to iocaine powder
