I love these drinks and they have them in them as the sweetener

I don't trust the sugar free versions. Always full sugar for me

Enjoy your diabetes.

No idea but ihad to quit drinking these. My kidneys would start hurting after drinking.

Never heard of that. I know we have aspartame in the ultra ones, but all the ultras taste shit. Only the regular ones I get

>> No.14509060

mine did too yesterday after having one for the first time in a while. weird

Nothing with that much caffeine and those chemicals is good for you. Sugar is just the nail in the coffin. stop drinking this shit, stick to water. If you're going to be eating like shit, you definitely don't need to be drinking shit as well.

I've never had an issue and I consume a bunch of those monsters regularly. It naturally occurs in shit like watermelon and peaches. Of course, everything in moderation though.

oh, I had one a few weeks ago and it flared up an old UTI I had. Had to counteract it with apple cider vinegar diluted in water, tons of it.

if you ask on /ck/, they'll say everything that isn't fresh broccoli is unhealthy for you

I googled the ingredients and looked at the first result because I can't be fucked fact checking.
>Carbonated Water, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate), Erythritol, Taurine, Natural And Artificial Flavours, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Preservatives (Sorbic Acid, Benzoic Acid), Caffeine, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium), Vitamins [Niacin (B3), Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12], D-glucuronolactone, Guarana Seed Extract, Inositol
There are no ingredients in there worth worrying about, just don't drink it like water and you should be fine. Also the amount of caffeine means you shouldn't have more than one a day, maybe two if you want to go balls to the wall.

>> No.14509351

I only have one a day, I don't like getting those shakes you can get. If I don't have one it only takes an extra 15 ish minutes to wake up properly, and they're full of ridiculous amounts of vitamins and stuff.

>> No.14509417

its probably best to drink lots of water when drinking energy drinks since they dehydrate you

Erythritol is the only one that doesn't seem to ruin my insides. Good thing it's also the best tasting sweetener

based, fuck those synthetic poison taste sweeteners, fucking rank ass shit
stevia is fine from health point but I'd need to get used to it's bullshit too, too bad it's not that popular where I live, I'd like to stop the sugar jew, but the alternatives are terrible or even worse, water

i would say that the worst thing about these (and all similar beverages) is that they are acidic as fuck and ruin your teeth
but that's a very universal problem

>> No.14511160

erythritol is alcohol sugar. It'll give you a stomache ache if your lineage is weak. It's otherwise fine. As with anything, dont overindulge

>> No.14511891

>they're full of ridiculous amounts of vitamins and stuff.
Those are all water-soluble vitamins which you aren't going to be deficient in so you'll just piss them out as vibrant yellow piss.

>>14510293
Erythritol isn't synthetic and most stevia you find will contain erythritol since stevia alone is extremely potent and it needs to be cut with something less sweet (erythritol) to balance the sweetness. Otherwise you'd be having to measure out micrograms to get the equivalent sweetness as a tsp of sugar.

eat natural you faggot. Of course a chemical made my a chink inside a lab is gonna give you cancer 30 years from now. Eat natural

Hmm, dunno, never seen erythritol, maybe not common in my country, if available at all, I'll have to look into it

I don't recall ever seeing it sold by itself. Usually used in combination with stevia, but you mention stevia isn't common where you live so it's probably hard for you to find it.
>Sweeteners (Erythritol, Organic Steviol Glycosides 0.78%), Natvriol (Erythritol, Organic Steviol Glycosides 0.62%).
pic related

Didn't mean that I will buy it seperately, just that I'll search for it in the ingredients label, since the other sweeteners are liquid cancer, especially taste wise

>> No.14513746

As a rule of thumb, stop eating processed shit. These things have ~15 ingredients listed on the label, why the fuck would you want to consume these?
