We have sourdough. Usually the kind of bread used for sandwiches but I've also seen round loaves like the one in your pic even in Walmart, though the quality isn't the best. Good bakeries aren't as common in a lot of parts here.

I've been experimenting with sourdough though. I've figured out that all the directions about discarding starter and feeding it five times a day isn't really necessary. If I just let a 1:1 by weight mixture of flour and water sit for 24 hours it starts rising and is fully risen 8 hours after that. Just need to find the right ratio of how much to use to actually make a good loaf now, been using too much starter and it makes the dough too slack.
