i left raw frozen chicken on the counter so i cant refreeze it, and i also had planned to eat something else tonight, so is there anything i can make today with the chicken(whole, cut up) that i can eat tomorrow and perhaps the day after?

Yeah, most chicken soups are better the day after.
Don't add noodles until serving, but they only take 3 minutes to cook it water, then spoon into bowl and top with soup.
