as a regular coffee drinker, it is a dependence thing though. If you go caffeine free from a few weeks you don't need it in the morning anymore and if you do have it you get a head rush. Whereas if you're drinking it every day, you need it in the morning because part of the haze is caffeine withdrawal. I cut coffee out for about a year but came back to it just because I enjoy it. Now i'll only drink it 3-4 times a week and only have one cup in a given day.

Gonna lay a truth bomb on you that most coffee snobs don't want to acknowledge.
Coffee is a stimulant, that's the main purpose is serves, something you drink when you need a "pick me up" when you're tired/exhausted. Literally every fancy method of making coffee has just been an attempt at trying to make coffee slightly more palatable and then tricking yourself into thinking it's good. Just add milk and sugar to that shit to make it decent and drop the pretense, you'll be happier.

Proper brew ratio - not hard, unless you dropped out of 5th grade, giving that you're likely a negro, I won't blame you here

Proper grind size - again, just adjust for whatever method you're using

Water - you can actually find proper mineral water (as long as you look at the mineral content) in most supermarkets that will be suitable.

Quality beans - basically grind them yourself, and make sure they're not too fresh or stale.

Coffee is as natural as corn or wheat, aka not at all. These plants were selectively bred over centuries, some over millenia, by humans who intended to modify them. All of the individual genetic mutations were somewhat random and natural, but humans were moving them in a certain direction for a certain purpose.

But the natural/unnatural dichotomy is retarded anyway so I don't disagree. But also, anon wasn't wrong, introducing stimulants into your system on a constant basis is definitely impacting your circulation, heart, and almost all other aspects of your metabolism.

the chemical used as a stimulant isn't good over the course over your life. Also you get minor addiction and dependency if you drink heavy caffeine each morning. It messes with your insulin, makes it harder for your body to burn fat and wears your heart out over the decades of drinking coffee with lots of caffeine every single morning. When your heart is elevated when you're not exchanging oxygen for that require bpm, then you are no longer working your heart out, you are straining it, albeit very minorly.

and I'll also clarify. Running and working your heart out in short high intense cardio bursts where you feed your body more oxygen is not the same as sitting down and drinking coffee and having your heart become elevated. When caffeine enters your bloodstream and you still have the same content of oxygen in your blood, It throws the circulation and rhythm of your heart off, It strains your heart rather than strengthening it because your blood does not have the required oxygen content to match your elevated heart rate.

Compared to those who did not drink coffee, the strongest inverse association was seen at 4 cups per day, with a potentially higher risk reported at higher levels of consumption. There was no indication that the relationship between coffee and heart failure risk varied by sex or by baseline history of myocardial infarction or diabetes1.
>A 2013 review on coffee consumption and mortality, with over a million participants, suggested a significant inverse association between coffee consumption and CVD mortality risk, especially in women. Intakes of coffee at 3-5 cups per day showed the most significant protective effect, whilst quantities over 5 cups per day were associated with a smaller reduction in total mortality2.
>However, a 2013 large American cohort study of over 2,500 CVD deaths suggested a positive association between coffee consumption and all-cause mortality in men, and also in men and women below 55 years of age. The authors advised that younger people should avoid heavy coffee consumption, cautioning that the finding should be assessed in other populations3.

>> No.14503613

>>14503603
It's simply how the heart works. If you make the heart have an elevated heart rate without proper oxygen intake to match that BPM, It is strain on the heart. When you run, you are taking in more oxygen because you have a lot higher bpm in short bursts making your heart overall stronger. When you drink coffee, you breath normally but your heart rate is elevated. Do that over 50 years every day and you will have heart disease. Caffeine is not good for your metabolism, it's not good your brain or your heart.

Overall, the authors concluded that for most healthy people, moderate coffee consumption is unlikely to adversely affect cardiovascular health4.

>no mg numbers to back up all these "studies"
sad they put all that work into writing on a shill coffee website and then don't define how much their groups testing are even consuming per cup. seems extremely fake

>Let me know when you start posting references
he never will. the OP is always the most authorative, and the first post often legitimizes it.
Your pining for references will be forgotten and get lost in the noise; your post count will only add to OP's legitimacy

How is sex different? I get reading and exercise, but sex is more or less the same action again and again. And yes sure you can argue about positions and such and such, but nothing new is actually gained.

Zoomer cannot put on mass
Onions protein gives him gas
Goes to the gym,
>he lifts for girls
In the squat rack he does curls
Zoomette gym thots ignore wimps
No matter how hard he simps
Boomer's swole, on TRT
He walks in, and Zoomer REEES
Zoomette stares at Boomer's arms
Completely captured my his charms
Big and strong, built like a hero
From chugging whey and monster zero
Because of this Zoomer frets
Seething in between his sets
Boomer's mad, his patiece thin
Asks zoomer if he can work in
Zoomer cries NO, with a scream and a shout
Wrong answer - Boomer knocks him out
